THE ACHIEVE APPROACH

While we have experience working with many kinds of organizations, we don’t believe what works for others will automatically work for you. Instead, we create customized strategies sure to fit the needs of your organization with what we call the Achieve Approach, a four phase assessment program.
PHASE 1: LISTENING & LEARNING
In the Listen and Learn Phase, we want to understand what your organization wants and needs. We focus on understanding the organization's current stage of development, health, and leadership. We analyze fundraising results, donor engagement, and annual campaigns to define the organization's donor trends and opportunities.
Through meetings with the client, we define success measures to three core questions that guide our work:
PHASE 2: STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Achieve will develop a strategy to accomplish the philanthropic objectives of the organization with the particular donor audience. This strategy will be delivered to the client both as a presentation and demonstration of how the philanthropic objectives will be accomplished. The strategies will establish new systems, culture, and thinking that will be used by the organization in the future.
PHASE 3: CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Once we have developed our strategy, the Achieve design team will create the tangible materials that bring concepts and ideas to life. We will address gaps in materials your nonprofit may need and work to create long-lasting pieces that are versatile and effective. From designing an important corporate sponsorship pitch to crafting peer fundraising tools, Achieve can provide your organization the tools it needs to get the job done.
PHASE 4: EXECUTION
Achieve will be present throughout the execution of the strategy. The purpose of this phase is to ensure
execution and coach the organization to success. Achieve is also there to identify any potential challenges, create ongoing solutions, and provide the necessary support for the client to meet the philanthropic objectives.
